Digital Product Policy

The Unhook Method is a digital nervous-system regulation system delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all purchases are considered final, except as outlined under our guarantee below.

We offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee based on real use and real experience.

If, after using the system as intended, you do not feel a noticeable physical shift in your baseline anxiety — meaning your body does not feel meaningfully calmer, quieter, or less reactive — you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Our work is based on biological regulation, not motivation or willpower.
If the process does not create a measurable internal shift for you, you don’t pay.

What “Using the System as Intended” Means

To keep this guarantee fair for everyone, refunds are available only when the system has been used in good faith.

This means:

  • You accessed the core materials provided after purchase

  • You applied the practices at least once daily for a reasonable period

Refunds Are Not Granted In the Following Cases

To prevent misuse, refunds will not be issued if:

  • The refund request is based on expectations of instant results without practice
  • The request is made after 30 days from the purchase date

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show clear signs of abuse, bad faith, or policy circumvention.

How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Access Termination After Refund

If a refund is granted, your access to all Unhook Method materials will be revoked.
This includes PDFs, Notion systems, and any associated resources.
